After a laparoscopy, most patients are ready to return to work within one to three weeks. Whether you have had a diagnostic laparoscopy or a simple procedure like sterilization, cholecystectomy or appendectomy you can expect to be able to return to work within a week. After three weeks of operation we’ll recommend driving.
