Before joining Bridge Clinic in 2012, Dr. Bamidele was a Medical Superintendent at the Talent Specialist Hospital, Egbeda (2004-2006) and worked for Lagos State Health Service Commission at the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department from 2009 to 2012. He has attended numerous professional conferences within & outside the country. Dr.Bamidele is a member of American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHERE),) and Association of Fertility and Reproductive Health, Nigeria (AFRH).

Qualification
Doctor Bamidele obtained his medical degree (MBBS) at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. He undetook his internship at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) after which he fulfilled his National Youth Corp (NYSC) obligation at the General Hospital Bauchi.

Awards
In 2003, Dr. Bamidele won the most outstanding Corp Member in Bauchi State (NYSC) and was nominated for the best Doctor in Lagos State Health Service Commission Award in 2009 and Service Ambassador at Bridge Clinic in 2013
