The Center for Advanced Specialty Surgery (CASS) is the premiere innovative medical and surgical practice committed to providing advanced diagnostic and treatment options in the specialties of orthopedics, sports medicine, joint replacement, minimally invasive orthopedic surgery, arthroscopy and reconstructive surgery in the south-south and south east regions of Nigeria.

By a network of U.S. trained board certified surgeons, we support local hospitals and primary care facilities, lead special medical missions, and provide access to advanced specialty medical and surgical care.

Together, we deliver innovative, minimally invasive techniques that decrease complications and facilitate quicker recovery and return to work, sports, and daily life.

Centre for Advanced Specialty Surgery (CASS) was registered in 2013. We started seeing patients in 2014, initially commenced as a small outpatient clinic and later in 2016 expanded to a boutique hospital in Lagos, Nigeria. A second facility was subsequently established in Owerri, Nigeria. CASS was established with a vision of bringing America to Nigeria. Delivering surgical care to Nigerians equivalent to what is obtained in Abroad.
Since inception, CASS Boutique has performed over 300 successful orthopaedic and plastic cases in both locations. Many of these patients, where patients who have complex or difficulty cases and would have sought treatment abroad.
